Harmiz started from a simple observation: most businesses in India run on a combination of spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and half-used tools — not because better software doesn't exist, but because the available software was built for Western markets, IT departments, and companies with dedicated operations teams.
Gym owners had powerful management systems they never logged into. Coaching institutes paid for software their staff quietly abandoned after week one. Everyone fell back on what was familiar: spreadsheets, phone calls, and WhatsApp.
The insight was that people weren't resisting technology — they used WhatsApp and simple tools all day. They were resisting software that felt like a second job to use.
So Harmiz set out to build the opposite: production AI platforms that businesses actually adopt. AI-native from day one, operable from WhatsApp, live in weeks — and built around how each business actually works. FitOS and EduOS are the first two platforms. More are being built.
Founder
Fahad started Harmiz after watching businesses across India operate on disconnected tools while WhatsApp sat in every pocket. The opportunity was clear: build AI business software that meets people where they already are.
